All right, so there is actually a story behind this: When I was in middle school, I drew all of the then-Zennaes fakedex up to about a sixth of the way through the lost dex with all evolutions including real pokemon, and I'd had a really great drawing from below of Serpicane splashing into water, and it was one of those things that stuck. I think there was a pokemon card like it.
So, knowing what little more I know now, I decided to actually draw it nicely. There's less splashing going on here, but same point. I hope you can all apprecate the perspective as much as I do! I'm really happy especially with the water and the colors of the parts in it.
And also because I needed a really high-key background that was completely non-indicative of the outside weather. Some of you folks may get more sun than me, you can look at it here because it's just a giant snowball behind a mess of clouds if you can even see it. I'm basically one of the mole people, the only difference being that here when the sun comes back in the spring we all come out and start doing all the things because it is going to hide behind the clouds again for the next three days and so on until late April.
And also the spikes turned out strangely short, but I find that inconsequential.

(If you can't tell, I'm not very good at responding to lots of praise!)
