Game Freak, you get points taken off for this guy as well as Kangaskhan baby- two pokemon that should obviously be their own species.

...Which naturally means you have fed them to the piranhas known as the fakemon creators to do with them as they whim.

For me, this little buddy is a master of deception:

DECOY are the standard summon of POKéMON who know the move Substitute. They as a species are shy and prefer to avoid conflict to an utmost degree. Often, they like to use a Smokeskreen/Teleport combination that was inspiration to ninjas. Before proper research, many philosophers debated over what would happen if a DECOY was to use Substitute.

And it evolves. Twice. I redid the final evo (this is not a new concept of mine) and am very pleased with the result. That comes next.
